My husband & I experience has been great. The environment is cool & relaxed with a warm welcome of the playlist of music in the waiting area. At our initial visit, everything was explained thoroughly and all of our questions were answered. They take good care.

Great staff from the Receptionist that greets you to the Doctor that I treats you. Everyone is very polite knowledgeable and attentive no long wait times very courteous and conscience of your time just to be honest I wish they were my PCP never an off day with their service, they’re always A1. Everyone is treated like a VIP here at Jonesboro Hurt 911 Injury Center
