Knowing someone and then being in a situation when you need help is a whole entire story but one day I was traveling back in town and I had an accident and my car was totaled! As soon as I was able I called 1-800-HURT911® and they came to me and handled everything fast! They help me to recover and it was no money out of my pockets! They had an office near my home which was very convenient! When I received a phone call about my son being in accident and I went to see the car I was like Oh my Goodness! The hurt 911 injury center does a excellent job getting me back on track when I was in a car accident back in 2024 now I'm back again in another car accident in this 2026 year I'll tell anyone that has been in any car accident call 911 hurt center they help the people get back right 👍🏾

I was treated with care after being in an accident. The staff is very professional and friendly. If I was running late they’d call to check on me. The doctor was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. Dr.Lexi, Dudly, Ralph,Natasha, and Adina makes a great team!!!!

Arrived for my first visit today me and my husband and Semetria did not take a lunchbreak because she help me and my husband with application and answered all questions and did the consult aswell. She was very attentive and passonate. She was very and patjent with me and my husband. She is a keeper!

The medical assistant, Semetria, is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly helpful, patient, and kind, with a calm and soothing voice that makes every visit comfortable. The physical therapist is outstanding as well. They take the time to get to know each patient personally, which allows them to provide the best possible care and treatment. Front office lady is very chill and not pushy at all she works with you. Doctor is also wonderful—very sweet, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make patients feel supported and understood throughout their recovery. What stands out most is how much everyone truly cares about what you're going through. The treatments are effective without being too harsh, and they work with you to ensure you're comfortable every step of the way. Overall, this is an excellent office with a friendly, caring team.
