Knowing someone and then being in a situation when you need help is a whole entire story but one day I was traveling back in town and I had an accident and my car was totaled! I have been receiving treatment here since May, and I can honestly say that the equipment is top-tier. The customer service is exceptional, and the doctor is both highly knowledgeable and attentive to patients’ needs. The front office staff and nursing team are equally outstanding. Everyone here understands their role and works diligently to ensure that every patient feels valued and cared for. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile and treated with professionalism and respect. Semetria was very very helpful , went over my treatment plan thoroughly , specified that staying on top of my treatments are very necessary , also explained how my pain management and mri will go. Went over transportation that’s offered , also advised that I can treat at the other clinic locations if I’m not able to make it here . Semetria was fantastic and definitely helped me understand the process of what I’m about to go through .
