Knowing someone and then being in a situation when you need help is a whole entire story but one day I was traveling back in town and I had an accident and my car was totaled! As soon as I was able I called 1-800-HURT911® and they came to me and handled everything fast! They help me to recover and it was no money out of my pockets! They had an office near my home which was very convenient! When I received a phone call about my son being in accident and I went to see the car I was like Oh my Goodness! Hurt 911 Injury Center in Lithonia GA, was definitely a great experience!!! The staff is amazing and always so welcoming! Very professional and knowledgeable in their work!!! I had a great experience with 911 Hurt Injury and Dr. Lexaida Figueroa. From the moment I walked in, the office was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. Dr. Figueroa was the highlight for me. She actually took the time to listen to what I was dealing with and showed real concern for my pain and injuries. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which made a big difference. She explained everything in a way that made sense and kept me comfortable throughout. Overall, a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing care after an injury.
