Ari, "J," Dreka, and Dr. Correa — y'all are absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked into Hurt 911 after my accident, I felt taken care of like family. Ari was patient, professional, and made the whole process easy to understand. "J" went above and beyond every single time I came in — always with a smile, always making me feel like I was the most important patient in the building. Dreka has been a bright light during what could have been a rough recovery — kind, attentive, and just genuinely awesome to work with. And Dr. Correa — I can't say enough. He has been outstanding. Every visit I leave feeling better than I came in. He listens, he explains, he actually cares about the recovery — not just the appointment. I'm noticeably feeling stronger and moving better thanks to his treatment plan. This team has made me feel special, valued, and well-cared-for since day one. If you're hurt and trying to figure out where to go, this is the place. Hurt 911 has the right people doing the right work, and I'm grateful every time I walk through their door. If I ever couldn’t make an appointment they were very understanding and very flexible with my availability to come! Great staff from the Receptionist that greets you to the Doctor that I treats you. Everyone is very polite knowledgeable and attentive no long wait times very courteous and conscience of your time just to be honest I wish they were my PCP never an off day with their service, they’re always A1.
